Step 1 of 3
Pan-fry chargrilled pieces in a large saucepan drizzled with cooking oil at medium heat for 6-8 minutes and set aside.
Step 2 of 3
Wash Cultiveat Batavia lettuce and set aside. Then, remove the stalks, roots, and core of the fennel followed by slicing them into desired shapes and sizes. Slice apples into smaller chunks and chop walnuts into smaller pieces as well.
Step 3 of 3
Finally, combine the greens, apples, and blueberries in a large mixing bowl. Toss altogether by putting a generous amount of yoghurt dressing. Transfer it to a serving plate and garnish it with chargrilled pieces, walnuts, and flax seed for that extra crunch.
