Step 1 of 5
Blend the dates in a food processor until it forms a paste.
Step 2 of 5
Add in all remaining ingredients and pulse until combined, there should still be chunks of oats and chocolate.
Step 3 of 5
Taste and season with salt as needed.
Step 4 of 5
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Step 5 of 5
Enjoy them as is or store them in the fridge or freezer to firm up. And just like that, a delicious healthy treat in a flash! These energy balls keep fresh for up to 1 week at room temperature when put in a ziplock bag or you can keep them frozen for up to 3 months.

4) ¼ cup Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped
5) ¼ cup Toasted Almonds, roughly chopped
