Method

To Make:

Step 1 of 5

Wash and soak fish maw in a large container for 3 nights with daily water change.

Step 2 of 5

Soak mushrooms for 3 hours and drain all water.

Step 3 of 5

Put all ingredients into the boiler with enough water to cover.

Step 4 of 5

Set the double boiler timer for three hours.

Step 5 of 5

Season with salt according to your taste and serve while it’s hot.
