Method

Step 1 of 4

Shape the Harvest Gourmet ground mince into balls (depending on how many tacos you want). Pan-fry the balls on each side for 5-10 minutes over medium high heat until cooked through.

Step 2 of 4

Preheat the oven to 350°C followed by placing unwrapped taco sheets on a baking sheet. Then, heat the taco shells in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the shells are crisp.

Step 3 of 4

Next, fill the taco shell with salad greens, Muir Glen Organic Diced tomatoes, and Kraft Mexican Style Four Cheese.

Step 4 of 4

Finally, place 2 balls carefully at the centre of the taco bell and add a dollop of sour cream to each. Garnish with chopped olives to create the “eyeballs” look and you’re ready to serve!

Tips

You can add tomato sauce on the side to create the “fake blood” decoration.
