Method
Step 1 of 4
Wash and trim the white asparagus, fennels, heirloom carrots, broccolini, and brussels sprouts, and set them aside. Chop fresh rosemary and thyme.
Step 2 of 4
Put all ingredients in a tray and drizzle it with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 of 4
Roast in preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Gently stir the vegetables and roast for another 15 minutes until it is fully cooked.

Transfer it into a serving bowl and enjoy!
