Step 1 of 2
Smear a layer of goat cheese over each of the Crispbread. Top with a thin slice of smoked salmon.
Step 2 of 2
Garnish it with capers and fresh dill and enjoy!

1) 6 pieces Orgran chia crispbread
2) 100g Meredith Dairy fresh dill goat cheese
3) 200g Smoked salmon
4) 6 Fresh dill
6) 3 tbsp Cornichons
7) Lemon peel as needed
8) Black pepper as needed
