Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Step 2 of 6

Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3 of 6

In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella and pepper.

Step 4 of 6

Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

Step 5 of 6

Spread mixture evenly into the prepped baking dish.

Step 6 of 6

Bake in the oven until mixture is gooey and melty, about 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1) 250g Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

2) 1/4 cup Tatua Sour Cream

3) 1/4 cup Heinz Mayonnaise

4) 1 Garlic Clove, minced

5) 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded

6) 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, finely shredded

7) 14oz Canned Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

8) 170g Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained

9) Black Pepper, to taste

10) Tortilla Chips of your choice, for serving
